2 Tbsp Butter
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
—— in a pan on medium heat, sauté garlic in oil and butter until fragrant.
1/2 c. White cooking wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)
—— add wine and spices to pan and bring to a boil then down to simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
1 lbs extra large shrimp
1/4 c. Parsley, chopped
Juice from half a lemon
—— WASH THE SHRIMP WITH COLD WATER BEFORE ADDING. The more you rinse the shrimp the less ocean you will taste. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until light pink. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice until mixed. Top over some cooked pasta or eat by itself. Enjoy!
