Oeufs de Cocotte
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Cooked bacon pieces
—— preheat oven to 350*. place 2 ramekins in a water bath. Make sure the water comes half way up the ramekin. Pour 1 Tbsp of cream in each ramekin then crack an egg in each. Top with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and cooked bacon pieces.
—— bake for about 25-30 minutes or until egg whites are set.
** A water bath is a larger container filled with water that you can place the ramekins inside. The water should only reach halfway up the ramekin.
Salt and pepper, to taste
—— top with salt and pepper to taste and shredded cheese, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
