Air-Fried Chicken Salad
For the chicken:
1 chicken breast
1 c. Flour
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Onion powder
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Cayenne
Egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 tsp water)
—— mix the flour and spices until well combined. Pat the chicken dry and cover in the flour mixture until well coated. Dip in an egg wash then in the flour again.
—— turn on air fryer at 375* for 10 minutes each side.
** you can also use regular oil to fry, this is just a healthier alternative.
For the salad:
Romaine lettuce hearts, cut into pieces and washed
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
—— take the romaine lettuce and season with Italian dressing, olives, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to your liking.
—— slice the chicken into strips and place on top of the salad. Enjoy!
