Glaze topping:
4 Tbsp hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp black pepper
—— mix the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

2 chicken breast
1/4 c. Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
**sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
—— mix together the hoisin sauce, honey, oil, soy sauce and garlic in a ziplock bag. Add chicken and push out all the air. Coat chicken in sauce and let it marinate at least 2 hours.
—— preheat oven to 400* F. Place chicken on a pan with a wire rack and bake for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken half way through.
—— take the chicken out and brush the glaze sauce on top and bake for 2 more minutes. Flip the chicken, glaze that side and cook another 2 minutes.
—— sprinkle sesame seeds on top of chicken and serve with rice topped with green onions. Enjoy!
