2 chicken breast, cut into bites
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
—— on medium heat, add oil to a pan. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink.

About 1/4c. Zesty Italian dressing
1 Tbsp siracha, adjust to taste
1 tsp cornstarch
—— mix cornstarch in with dressing and siracha and pour over the chicken until coated evenly. Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
** it won’t thicken like a gravy due to the high oil content of the dressing but will thicken up a bit.

A handful of Snap peas
—— wash your snap peas and throw them in with the chicken. Stir to coat in sauce and allow to cook another 3 minutes or until soft. Serve with some rice and enjoy!
