3/4 c. All-purpose flour, sifted
2/3 c. Cocoa powder, sifted
1 c. Granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. Powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. Salt
**about 1/4 c. optional mix-ins can be added
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. Melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2-4 Tbsp water
** you may substitute 1/2 c. butter for 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
—— preheat oven to 325*. Line an 8×8 inch pan with tin foil (for easier clean up)or grease up the pan with olive oil.
—— Whisk together all wet ingredients then mix in the dry ingredients until well combined.
—— spread out the batter into the pan and bake about 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
** top brownies with your choice of topping before baking.
—— allow brownies to cool about 30 min to firm up a bit. Top with some ice cream or any other toppings you want for your sundae. Enjoy!
