Blackberry Cobbler

1.5 c. Flour
6 Tbsp butter, chilled
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/3 c. Water or milk
—— preheat oven to 400*F. in a food processor, add flour, butter, salt, sugar and baking powder. Blend until course crumbles appear. Slowly add the water until dough forms. If it’s too sticky, add more flour. It’s it’s too dry and breaks apart, add more water.

8oz blackberries
3 Tbsp sugar
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp cornstarch (mix with 1tbsp warm water)
—— in a pot on medium-high heat, add berries, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well while lightly smashing the berries. The berries will begin to boil, keep stirring until they begin to thicken.
—— put berries in a ramekin about halfway up the dish. Break off bits of dough and place them on top.
**You can sprinkle the top with a cinnamon sugar mixture but this step is optional.
——Bake about 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
